摘要
目的研究沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,CT)感染后大鼠着床期间子宫内膜上皮钙粘蛋白(E-cad-herin,E-cad)的变化。方法大鼠雌雄合笼建立早孕模型,取正常和CT感染后妊娠4-7d的子宫组织,免疫组化SP法检测E-cad的表达。结果正常和感染后妊娠组E-cad的表达均存在先上升后下降的趋势,表达峰值均在妊娠第6d,CT感染组低于正常组,且存在显著性差异(P<0.05);其表达部位在子宫内膜上皮细胞的胞膜或/和胞浆,蜕膜细胞无或少量表达。结论沙眼衣原体感染后可能通过影响子宫内膜黏附分子E-cad的表达,破坏子宫内膜微环境,进而干扰早期妊娠。
Objective To study the changes of E-cadherin in the endometria of rats during the implantation window after Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection. Methods The uteri of pregnant rats with or without CT infection were sliced. Immunohistochemical method was used to study the distribution and level of E-cadherin expression. Results Immunohistochemistry revealed that the expression of E-cadherin ascended first and descended eventually in both groups, and the peak expression was at day 6 of pregnancy. The positive expression of E-cad in the endometrium of pregnant rats after CT infection was weaker than that in normal pregnant rats. The difference was significant (P〈0. 05) at day 6. E-cadherin was mainly distributed around the cytomembrane or/and cytoplasm of epithelial cells of the endometrium. Conclusion CT infection can influence the early pregnancy by altering the expression of epithelial cell adhesive molecules.
