声光调制器影响激光束偏振旋转特性的研究 被引量:1

Investigation of Characteristics of Rotation for Laser Beam Polarization in Acousto-Optic Modulator

摘要 一线偏振的激光束经过声光调制器与声波发生相互作用后,其衍射光束的偏振方向与入射激光束的偏振方向并不一致,往往发生旋转.本文对工作于Raman-Nath衍射的Ge晶体声光调制器对入射激光束偏振角的旋转进行了理论分析与实验测试.结果表明,二者较好的吻合. A linear, polarized laser beam is passed through an acousto-optic modulator. The plarization direction of the outgoing beam is often different from that of the enteringbeam, and thus a rotation of the polarization angle takes place. This paper analyses therotation of laser beam polarization in acousto-optic modulator of germanium cryslalworking Raman-Nath diffraction mode in theoretical and experimental. The experimen- tal results are found in good argrecment with theoretical analyse.
