摘要
目的:探讨卵巢甲状腺肿(SO)的影像学表现,提高诊断水平。材料和方法:分析4例经手术病理证实的SO的CT表现,并复习文献,总结其MRI、超声等表现,探讨成像的病理基础。结果:SO在CT上表现为囊实性肿块,囊性部分为多个囊状及不规则形态液体密度区,实性部分为软组织密度,内见斑点状、条状及环状钙化。增强扫描囊性部分无强化,实性部分明显强化。结论:盆腔内囊实性肿块,多个囊腔大小、密度不一,实性部分内见钙化及明显强化,是SO较为特征性的表现。
Purpose： To study the imaging features of struma ovarii （SO）. Materials and Methods： We reported the CT findings of 4 patients with pathologically proven SO. By reviewing the relating literatures, we described the MR and ultrasonographic features of SO, and analyzed its pathologic basis. Resuits： The lesion was appeared as large complex mass with multiple, various size cysts and irregular solid components. The scattered, stripe - like or ring - like calcifications were found in solid component. After injection of contrast media, the solid portions were densely enhanced. Conclusion：A complex mass with multiple, various size cysts and densely - enhanced solid components with calcification was suggestive of SO.
