老年冠心病人血小板表面活性物质的改变

摘要 目的探讨老年稳定性及不稳定性心绞痛患者血小板表面活性物质膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa(PCA-1)及P-选择素(CD62p)的变化。方法采用流式细胞术(FCM),以单克隆抗体分子作为分子探针,检测健康老年人及老年稳定性及不稳定性心绞痛患者血小板膜上PAC-1及CD62p的表达量。结果稳定性及不稳定性心绞痛组血小板表面PAC-1表达的阳性百分率及平均荧光强度明显高于对照组,尤其是不稳定性心绞痛组。不稳定性心绞痛组血小板表面CD62p表达的阳性百分率及平均荧光强度明显高于对照组,而稳定性心绞痛组与对照组比较无明显差异。结论老年稳定性及不稳定性心绞痛患者血小板表面活性物质的表达量明显增加,说明血小板明显被激活,对临床上抗血小板药物的应用有指导作用。 Objective To investigate the changes of active platelet markers and their significance in old patients with unstable and stable angina. Methods The glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa(PAC-1)and P-selectin (CD62p)were used as molecular markers of activated platelets, which were analyzed by flow cytometric 3-color immunofluorescence. Results PAC-1 expression of platelet membrane surface in old patients with unstable and stable angina was higher than that in healthy individuals,especially in patients with unstable angina. Expression of CD62p on platelet membrane surface in patients with unstable angina was higher than that in patients with stable angina and control group. Conclusions The results suggest that PAC-1 and CD62p may be regarded as sensitive and specific molecular markers in activated platelets. There is platelet activation in old patients with unstable and stable angina, which has important significance for the antiplatelet therapy in these patients.
