摘要
将少量NaCl掺入CnCl激光管中,在连续脉冲放电条件下,扩展了激光器的工作温度范围,增加了输出功率,并减少了铜在管壁上的沉积.
Under the condition of Continuous pulse discharge, a CuCl laser tube mixed with NaCl was tested. Experianent showed that the operating temperaters range was extended, the laser output was increasing and the amounts of copper deposit on tube wallwas decreased.
