摘要
目的观察HPV16及其早期区基因E7表达蛋白与Rb蛋白在喉癌发生中的相关性,为探索喉癌的病因学提供依据。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测82例喉鳞癌、39例非癌组织标本中HPV16、HPV16 E7以及Rb的蛋白表达。结果HPV16 E7和Rb蛋白表达的阳性率在非癌及癌组织中有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),HPV16的阳性率在非癌及癌组织中有显著性差异(P<0.05)。喉癌组织中,Rb蛋白在HPV16和HPV16 E7阳性及阴性组中的阳性率显著不同(P<0.01),而在非癌组织中则无此现象(P>0.05)。结论喉癌组织中HPV16 E7的高表达导致的pRb功能失活是引起喉癌的主要原因之一。
Objective To observe the correlation of the expressions of HPV16, HPV16 E7 and Rb proteins in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma to give clue on its etiological search. Methods The expressions of HPV16, HPV16 E7 and Rb proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method in 82 specimens with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 39 specimens with non-carcinoma. Results Between non-carcinoma and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma lesions, there were different positive rates for HPV16 E7 and Rb proteins (P〈0.01)and for HPV16 (P 〈 0, 05 ). In laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, there were different positive rates of Rb protein in HPV16( + ) and HPV16( - ) group or HPV16 E7( + ) and HPV16 E7( - ) group(P 〈 0.01 ). Comparing non-carcinoma tissues, there were no such differences( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The inactivation of Rb protein caused by over expression of HPV16 E7 protein might be one of the main factors for the occurrence of human laryngeal carcinoma.
