摘要
目的研究青英颗粒的解热抗菌作用。方法通过干酵母致小鼠发热实验,观察青英颗粒的解热作用;通过青英颗粒对金黄色葡萄球菌等菌种的体外抑菌实验,观察其抗菌作用。结果青英颗粒高剂量组(5.2g/kg)有明显解热作用;治疗组对金黄色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC、甲型溶血性链球菌、丙型链球菌的的抑制和杀灭作用优于对照组。结论青英颗粒有明显解热、抗菌作用。
Objective To study antifebrile and antibacterial effections of Qing-ying-ye-li (QY). Methods Observe the antifebrile effects of QY through the experiment of pyretic mice induced by dried yeast, and observing the antibacterial effects of QY through the experiments of inhibiting staphylococcus anreus and other bacteria were carried out. Results The high dose of QY(5.2 g/kg)had obvious antifebrile effects as compared with the control group and the treated group had better effect of inhibiting bacteria than that of the control group. Conclusion QY has antifebrile and antibacterial effections obviously.
