摘要 目的检测TGF-β1及P53在宫颈癌中的表达,探讨TGF-β1和P53在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用,及它们相互之间的关系。方法收集同济医院病理科1995至2000年间保存完好的宫颈鳞状上皮癌石蜡包埋标本51例,收集慢性宫颈炎组织石蜡包埋标本21例,另收集子宫肌瘤全宫术后正常宫颈组织石蜡包埋标本13例作为正常对照组,免疫组化检测3组中的TGF-β1和P53的蛋白表达。对TGF-β1和P53进行拟合曲线ROC以评估其对宫颈癌的诊断价值。结果TGF-β1和P53在宫颈癌组织中表达均显著性高于炎症组和对照组(P<0.01),TGF-β1、P53的表达与病理分级相关(r=0.506、0.715,P<0.01),与病理分型、淋巴转移无关(P>0.05)。TGF-β1和P53在宫颈癌组织中表达有相关性(r=0.444,P<0.01)。结论TGF-β1和P53可能参与一条共同的途径调节宫颈癌细胞的生长和转化,作为上游调节基因,TGF-β1和P53二者之间存在着一种协同关系,TGF-β1和P53作为宫颈癌的诊断指标有较好的可信度。 Objective To evaluate the expressions and clinical significance of tumor suppressor gene TGF-β1 and oncogene P53(mutant) in the progression of cervical carcinoma, and to investigate their relations between TGF-β1 and P53. Methods Fifty-one patients with cervical carcinoma and twenty-one patients with chronic cervicitis and 13 with cases of normal cervical epithelium of people after total hysterectomy were investigated immunohistochemically for expressions of TGF-β1 and P53 in paraffin sections from 1995 to 2000. Results There were significant differences of both P53 and TGF-β1 between cervical carcinoma group and chronic cervicitis group or controls group(P〈 0.01 ). The expressions of P53 and TGF-β1 correlated with pathological grades well( r = 0.7150. 506, P 〈 0.01 ), but not with pathological type or lymph node translation( P 〉 0.05). The expression of P53 in cervical carcinoma was related with TGF-β1 ( r = 0. 444, P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion P53 and TGF-β1 are associated with the progression of cervical carcinoma, and of valuable as diagnostic marks for cervical carcinoma. The relation between P53 and TGF-β1 is proved to be in coordination.
