详细分析沼气发酵的基本机理及其主要微生物菌群,论述沼气发酵过程中微生物菌群对产沼气的影响,并指出水解性细菌、纤维素分解菌、白腐菌等对提高沼气产率具有不可忽视的作用,对开发研制新型高效沼气促进剂具有指导意义。

This paper analyzed the basic mechanism of biogas ferment and its main microbe flora, as well as discussed flora＇ s influence to biogas production during the ferment and indicated that hydrolyz- ing microorganisms and cellulose decomposing microorganisms and white rot fungi etc. all have important function to enhance biogas production rate. This research has a guidance to develop new biogas accelerants.
