摘要
警方谈判者在实际的反劫持谈判中,不能主动和有效地控制谈判发展的方向,是警控谈判中的大忌,是谈判者无力适应、无法发挥应有的谈判水平的最直观的表现,是预示着本次反劫持谈判可能发生失利的一种兆头。
The first taboo in the process of anti-kidnapping negotiation is that the police negotiator can＇t actively and effectively control the direetion of negotiation, which shows that the negotiator is incapable of giving full play to the negotiate skills and predicts unfavorable results of the anti-kidnapping negotiation.
