建设社会主义新农村视野下的农村治安问题探析

A Probe into the Problems of Social Security in Countryside in the Vision of Constructing Socialist New Rural Area

社会主义新农村建设离不开安定有序的社会环境,但目前农村仍存在着一些不稳定因素,也因此引起了一系列治安问题。因此,公安机关必须从认真研究新农村建设过程中可能出现的各种新情况、新问题,及时掌握影响农村稳定的各种不安定因素,加强自身建设等多方着手,努力做好农村治安工作,以保障社会主义新农村建设的顺利进行。

The construction of socialist new rural area can＇t do without stable and orderly social environment. However, there＇re some unstable factors in countryside which have caused many problems of public security. Therefore, the public security organs must earnestly study the new situation and problems may emerge in the process of constructing socialist new rural area, find out the unstable factors affecting the stability of rural area, strengthen the construction of police troops, so as to maintain the orderly social security in rural area and gurantee the construction of socialist new rural area.
