普通低温保存自体颅骨回植颅骨成形术 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察普通低温保存自体颅骨瓣回植的临床效果及探讨该方法的可行性。方法:将术中去除骨瓣无菌封存,用普通家用冰箱低温冷冻保存,使用时自然复温回植。结果:52例患者中31例随访1年,回植骨瓣固定良好,CT及X线可见大部分骨缘增生愈合。结论:离体颅骨瓣普通低温保存后回植不失为颅骨修补的一种良好方法。 Objective:To observe the replantment clinic effect of cranium slice which is preserved in general low fridge temperature,and to discuss the feasibility of this method of cranioplasty.nethods: Axenically seal up the cranium slice which was removed during operation,and saved it in fridge at low temperature.Warm it up spontaneously before replacing it. Results: 31 ones of 52 patients were followed up for a year. The repalced cranium slice were knitted well to the craniums. CT and X-ray showed that most of the cranium slice rims proliferated and unioned to the homolgous craniums,so the damaged craniums were healed.Conclusion:Preserving the off-body cranium slice in general low temperature before replanting is a better way of cranioplasty.
