艾易舒注射液配合三维适形放疗治疗鼻咽癌的临床观察

Clincical observation of Aiyishu injection combined with radiotherapy in NPC

目的:观察并评价艾易舒注射液配合放疗治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院2004年7月～2006年7月诊断为鼻咽癌患者139例,其中观察组69例,对照组70例;两组均使用Varian2300直线加速器及三维适形放疗技术,总剂量70～78cGy/35～39Fx。观察组于放疗同时使用艾易舒注射液,于化疗第1天及最后1天采血,检查患者肝肾功能及一般情况记录,每周复查血常规1次。结果:观察组近期疗效与对照组无明显差异,观察组患者生活质量提高率明显高于对照组,而白细胞、血小板减少及口腔溃疡的发生率明显小于对照组。结论:艾易舒注射液联合放疗治疗鼻咽癌能够有效提高患者生活质量,减少放疗相关毒性反应。

Objective：To observe effect and safety of Aiyishu injection combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy in NPC.Methods： From July, 2004 to July,2006, 130 cases diagnosed NPC were divided into observed group （69 cases） and control group （70 cases）. Two group received 3D conformal radiotherapy,TD 70-78cGy/35-39Fx. Observed group used Aiyishu injection during radiotherapy. The blood was test at the first and the last day of radiation.Results： Objective effect was no difference within two groups. But the QOL in observed group was obviously high than control group, and the incidence of leucocytopenia,thrombopeny and mouth ulcer was less than control group.Conclusion： Aiyishu combined radiotherapy improve the QOL in NPC and decrease the side effect.
