摘要 目的:建立十全大补酒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(12∶87∶1);检测波长为230nm;流速1.00ml/min;柱温25℃。结果:芍药苷在0.2050~4.1000μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.6%(n=9)。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可用于十全大补酒的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for content determination of paeoniflorin in Shiquandabu Vinum. Methods: Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),column temperature of 25℃, mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (12:87:1) were adopted. Detective wavelength was 230 nm and flow rate was 1.00 ml/min. Results: The linear range was 0.205 0-4.100 0 μg, r=-0.999 8.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.2% with RSD of 0.6%(n= 6). Conclusion: This method is simple and rapid. It can be used in the quality control of Shiquandabu Vinum.
