深化高等教育改革,为建设美好四川培养创新型人才

Further the Reform of Higher Education,Cultivate Creative Personnel for Better Sichuan

中国共产党四川省第九次代表大会提出了建设美好四川的宏伟目标。对于四川这个相对落后的西部省份来讲,要实现这一宏伟目标,非常重要的一点,是要有大批创新型人才。然而,目前我们高校的人才培养模式还存在诸多弊端,这些弊端使我们难以最大限度地培养出创新型人才。这就内在地要求我们必须深化高等教育改革,形成有利于创新人才培养的高等教育模式。为此,文章根据建设美好四川的内在要求、针对高等教育存在的弊端,就深化高等教育改革、构建创新型人才培养模式进行了探讨。

The 9th CPC Congress of Sichuan sets a grand target of building a better province. More creative personnel are needed to realize this target, as Sichuan is a comparatively backward western province in China. Some existing problems in the cultivation pattern of universities and colleges seriously hinder the fostering of creative and competent personnel maximally. This situation calls for the reform of higher education system in order to form more favorable educational pattern of cultivating creative personnel. This paper analyzes the insufficiency of higher education, and discusses the mode construction of cultivating creative personnel for better Sichuan.
