摘要
涂布量精确控制以及机械精度控制是制约无溶剂复合机发展的两个关键问题。根据无溶剂涂布工艺要求,确定了四辊式无溶剂涂布装置方案,讨论了影响涂布性能的因素,得到了涂布辊、计量辊与转移辊之间的速差与涂布量之间的关系。依据黏合剂涂布厚度,确定了各辊的几何精度、位置精度及表面精度。研究结果已经用于某型无溶剂复合机,满足了无溶剂涂布要求。
Control of coating weight precision and mechanical precision are two key problems influencing the development of the solventless laminator. According to the technology of solventless lamination, the layout of solventless coating unit is determined. Then, through research on factors influenced on coating performance, the relation between the velocity difference of the coating roller, the metering roller, and the transferring roller each other, and coating weight is derived. The geometry precision, position precision, and surface quality is obtained via thickness of adhesive film. The result is certified on a solventless laminator, which can meet with the process demand.
