不同的文化之间有着文化共同点，也有文化鸿沟，更存在文化冲突。所以，当与来自不同文化的群体交际时，为了最大限度的减少误解，我们有必要了解造成语用失误的原因。本文从价值观念、思维方式、宗教信仰和地理环境几个方面对其原因进行了分析。

The interrelation between cultures covers three categories, namely, cultural overlap, cul- tural gap and cultural conflict. In order to minimize the misunderstandings, it is necessary to analyze the deep-rooted reasons of pragmatic failure. So, the study of reasons will cover the fields of values, thinking patterns, religions and geographies.
