论德育软环境中的“三环”管理

“Three-Circles” Management in Soft Environment of Moral Education

软环境建设是高校德育管理工作中的重点，它预示了学校的发展方向。本文主要着眼于软环境中“三环”的管理：“内环”-以“人”为本的管理核心，“中环”-以营造和谐校园氛围为目标的管理特色，“外环”-以制度为依托的管理方式。“三环”环环相扣，从而提高德育实效。

In colleges and universities, the construction of soft environment, promising directions of school development, is main concern in moral education. This paper aims at the three circles of moral education management： “the Core circle” - human oriented management, “Middle circle” harmony oriented management, “External circle”- rules oriented management. The three circles are dependent-ed on each other, pushing a great effect on moral education.
