摘要
软环境建设是高校德育管理工作中的重点,它预示了学校的发展方向。本文主要着眼于软环境中“三环”的管理:“内环”-以“人”为本的管理核心,“中环”-以营造和谐校园氛围为目标的管理特色,“外环”-以制度为依托的管理方式。“三环”环环相扣,从而提高德育实效。
In colleges and universities, the construction of soft environment, promising directions of school development, is main concern in moral education. This paper aims at the three circles of moral education management: “the Core circle” - human oriented management, “Middle circle” harmony oriented management, “External circle”- rules oriented management. The three circles are dependent-ed on each other, pushing a great effect on moral education.
