摘要
目前我国注塑机液压系统多以电液开关PQ阀控制定量泵控制系统作为动力源,相对传统系统有一定的优点,但不够节能;现用电液比例径向柱塞泵控制系统做动力源,经过功率键合图建模和SIMULINK仿真,结果表明,可节能30%-40%。
At present, the hydraulic system power source of plastic injection molding machine are pump system mostly controlled by electro-hydraulic switch PQ valve. They enjoy more advantages over the traditional system, but save less energy. Now by using the electro-hydraulic proportional radial piston pump controlling system as power source, through power bond-bound graph for the model founding and SIMULINK for simulation, the result indicates it can save energy by 30-40%.
