Views on recycle economy——Enlightenment by experiences for control and treatment of electronic garbage in foreign countries

我国的循环经济实践用来解决电子垃圾问题还处于起步阶段。随着经济的发展,环境问题越来越严峻,尤其是电子垃圾问题,已经引起了社会的广泛关注。借鉴国外的经验,对于我国在电子垃圾治理过程中推行循环经济的理论和实践模式具有重要的现实意义。

It is still just a beginning stage for China to solve the matter of electronic garbage through practice of recycle economy. However, along with developrr/ent of economy environmental protection is becoming more and more severe, especially for electronic garbage, to which a good deal of attention has been widely paid by various fields of our society. With the reference of foreign experiences, the theory and practice presented in this paper has very important significance to implement the mode of recycle economy during control and treatment of electronic garbage in our country.
