Traffic Control and Construction Safety in Road Construction ——Brief Introduction of American Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices 2003

尽管我国高速公路养护的安全管理工作取得了初步成效,但人们对安全生产规律的认识还不够深入,安全管理的经验和方法也不够完善,通过介绍美国《交通控制设施手册》(MUTCD2003),可为今后进行道路施工的交通控制与作业安全研究工作提供参考。

In China some achievements have been gotten in safety management of highway maintenance, but the understanding of safe production law isn＇t clear enough, the experiences and methods of safety management aren＇t perfect. In this article, American Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices 2003 has been introduced, which can offer references for the research of traffic control and construction safety in road construction.
