摘要
介绍了基于油液分析、表面形貌分析、柴油机性能参数分析等多技术综合分析方法的柴油机磨合状态检测系统的设计与实现技术,该系统的应用不仅可以掌握柴油机磨合的进程,而且能够为磨合程序的优化提供依据.
The design and implementation techniques of the condition monitoring system of diesel engine grinding-in based on multi-technique synthetic analysis, including oil analysis, surface analysis technology, characteristic parameter analysis etc. , are presented in this paper. The application of this system can not only be helpful to master the proceeding of grinding-in, but also provide gist for optimization of grinding-in procedure.
