摘要
不同剂量的人参皂甙(12.5~200mg/kg)对0.5GyX射线诱发小鼠骨髓细胞和初级精母细胞染色体畸变具有明显的防护作用,且以50mg/kg防护效果最佳。50mg/kg的人参皂甙对不同剂量(0.25~1.0Gy)X射线诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞和初级精母细胞染色体畸变具有防护作用,可使X射线诱发的染色体畸变率、细胞畸变率明显降低。可以认为人参皂甙对雄性小鼠骨髓细胞和生殖细胞染色体均具有保护作用。
Radioprotective effects of pre treated GS on chromosome in bone narrow cells and primary spermatocytes of mice were observed in this study.The results showed that various concen trations of GS (12.5 ̄200mg/kg)have obvious protective effects on chromosome aberrations in bone narrow cells and primary spermatocytes induced by 0.5 Gy X ray,the most effectively protective dose being 50mg/kg,50mg/kg GS has protective effect on chromosome aberrations in bone narrow cells and primary spermatocytes exposed to various X rays doses(0.25 ̄1.0Gy),the frequency of chromosome aberrations and aberrant cells were markedly reduced.The findings suggest that GS has protective effect on chromosome in bone narrow and germcells of male mice.
