大学生心理咨询现状、存在的问题及其对策

The Present Situation,Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Psychological Consultation for University Students

我国的心理咨询起步于20世纪80年代中期,近年来发展很快,但是存在的问题也不少,如,地区、校际发展不平衡;高校的心理咨询机构不健全;实际操作中科学化、专业化、规范化水平不高等等。笔者认为各大学应该从提高对心理咨询重要性的认识、提高咨询者的专业素质、改善心理咨询机构的条件等方面加以改进和提高。

Psychological consultation started in the mid 1980s in our country. Though it has developed rapidly in recent years, still there exist many problems, such as imbalanced development in different regions and different universities, shortage of psychological consultation offices in universities and low level of scientific, professional as well as standard operation. Hence, the writer holds that universities should enhance understanding of the importance of psychological consultation, raise professional quality of consultants and improve conditions of psychological consultation offices.
