代谢综合征是脑卒中的危险因素

The relation between metabolic syndrome and stroke

目的初步探讨代谢综合征与初发脑卒中的关系。方法选择905例初发脑卒中患者和500例正常对照,计算各组代谢综合征的现患率。测定纤维蛋白(原)、C-反应蛋白等指标。结果初发卒中患者代谢综合征的现患率是对照组的3倍;伴代谢综合征的脑卒中患者中,缺血性卒中(80.75%)所占比例显著超过出血性卒中,CRP和FIB(均P<0.05)均明显高于同组不伴MS的患者及对照组。结论代谢综合征是脑卒中的危险因素之一,其机制可能与凝血纤溶系统、炎症等方面有关。

Objective To study preliminarily the relationship between metabolic syndrome（MS） and stroke for the first time. Methods Case control study. To evaluate the MS prevalence rate by clinic standards of metabolic syndrome recommended by Chinese guidelines for prevention and cure of cerebrovascular disease in 2005 and detect the level of fibrin and C-reactive protein among 905 first-ever-stroke patients and 500 controls. Results the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome among patients was three fold higher risk of the controls; the percentage（80.75%） of ischemic stroke exceeded significantly hemorrhagic stroke; the FIB and CRP （P〈0.05） level of stroke patients with metabolic syndrome were higher than those without metabolic syndrome and controls. Conclusions Metabolic syndrome is one of stroke risk factors, and its mechanism is orobablv relate to fibrin or inflammation.
