摘要
从国际环境法理论、自然保护区以及我国环境资源法律体系完善的角度论述了自然保护区立法的必要性,并针对目前存在的问题提出了若干建议。
From the point of the international environment law theory and the eomplete legal system of nature reserve and environmental resources of our country, the necessity of legislation for nature reserve was stated,and several suggestions to settle the problem that has existed at present were put forward.
