摘要
探讨营养状况和饮水氟离子浓度对人体血清SOD和丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。研究结果证明:营养不足和饮水氟离子浓度高均使SOD活性下降,脂质过氧化反应加强,使血清中MDA含量上升。
This article inquires into influence of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in human serum from nutrition and fluoride ion of drinking water.The result confirm that SOD vitality of serum is reduced by nutrition lack and high concentration fluoride in drinking water and MDA content of serum is rised.
