摘要 随着建筑市场快速发展,对某些危旧建筑物采取加固补强成为了一种既经济又保留了原有建筑风貌的良策.近年来随着加固材料与技术的不断改进与创新,加固方法也有了日新月异的变化.结合工程实例,通过对几种加固方案的优选,介绍了钢构套低压注胶法加固钢筋混凝土框架柱技术的难点及施工中应注意的问题,并在施工过程中总结出了该技术从基层处理、钢材下料、安装、焊接、注胶等一系列施工工艺.本工程加固后,完全满足设计及使用要求.该技术与传统方法相比,施工中不使用大型机械,施工更方便,噪音小,对环境影响小;每根柱施工周期可以缩短7~8d,且该加固方法可以节省成本15%左右. With the rapid development of construction industry, the reinforcement of some old deathtraps gradually becomes a good and economic method to keep the old architectural style. Recently along with the steady improvement of material and technology, some methods of reinforcement are also improved. Based on the case study and through the reinforcement proposals selection, this thesis gives a detailed account on difficulty points and problems that may occur when using the low-pressure casting cement with mixing glue method. Meanwhile this thesis sums up a series of processing techniques during the work progress. Reinforced, a project fully meets the use and design requirements. Compared with traditional ways, this method is more convenient and has lower noise and less influence on environment. In addition, this method can save seven to eight days to reinforce a single column as well as to decrease the cost by 15% or so.
