摘要
采用小鼠免疫器官相对重量、抗体形成细胞数、外周血T淋巴细胞百分率、血清溶血素水平及迟发型超敏反应等指标,探讨了二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)对机体免疫系统的影响。结果表明DEN是通过脾脏作为靶器官来抑制机体的体液免疫及细胞免疫功能的。DEN剂量为10mg/kg及20mg/kg时可使T淋巴细胞百分率、抗体生成细胞数及迟发型超敏反应降低;且T淋巴细胞百分率与染毒剂量呈负相关。DEN对实验动物致癌性强,因而有必要深入研究其免疫毒性机制。
Adult female Kunming mice were gavaged with diethylnitrosamine(DEN) at doses of 4、10 and 20mg/kg daily for 5 consecutive days.All immunological parameters were measured 24h after the last chemical exposure.DEN produced a decrease in the IgM antibody response(69%) to sheep erythrocytes( SRBCs),and had an obvious effect on the delayed hypersensitivity response (DHR) to SRBCs.Furturemore DEN induced a significant decrease in the percentage of peripheral T cells and hemolysin level (HC 50 )of sera.The results suggest that there should have a more comprehensive study on the immunotoxicological mechanism of DEN.
