母鼠牛磺酸补充与耗竭对仔代脑牛磺酸及微量元素 Zn、Cu、Fe 含量的影响

摘要 将牛磺酸转运抑制剂-胍乙啶乙磺酸(GES)用于3组大鼠,(1)牛磺酸耗竭组(GES组),母鼠孕15日至哺乳第17日向饮水中加入GES(浓度为1%),并给予牛磺酸缺乏膳(饲料牛磺酸含量为0);(2)对照组(Con组),饲料牛磺酸含量为0.06%,饮水中不含添加物;(3)牛磺酸补充组(TS组),饲料牛磺酸含量为0.6%,饮水中亦不含添加物。对仔代出生及断乳时的脑重、脑牛磺酸及微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe含量进行测定。结果表明:GES组仔鼠出生及断乳时的脑重、脑牛磺酸与微量元素Zn含量均低于对照组;母鼠牛磺酸补充组仔鼠断乳时的脑牛磺酸含量高于对照组。 The pregnant rats were treated with guanidinoethane sulfonate,an inhibitor of taurine,in this domestic study for thefirst time.The treated mothers were received a taurine freediet and 1%GES in their drinking water during the period of the 5th day before the parturition to the 17th day lactation,while the controls consumed normal taurine diet or taurine supplementation diet without additives in their drinking water.The following measurements were made on their pup′s brain samples at postnatal day 2 and day 21(weaning) after weaning:including wet weight,taurine and trace element(Zn,Cu,Fe) concentration.Pups nursed by GES treated mothers have lower levels of taurine and znic in their brain than those of normal controls at postnatal day 2 and weaning.They have lowerbrain weight than normal controls at birth and weaning.Pups nursed by taurine supplement mothers have no significant. difference from normal controls on body,brain weight,brain taurine and trace elements(Zn,Cu,Fe) at postnatal day 2,but their taurine,znic and iron levels in cerebral hemisphere were significantly higher than that of controls at weaning.
