西方不同政体形式下政党对立法的作用机制有不同于我国的运行状态,这些机制对于我国现阶段有借鉴价值。我国政党影响立法的作用机制有高效、稳定等特点,但也存在着不少的弊端,我们需要将西方国家政党体制中的政党间妥协机制、利益吸纳机制、党派活动的规则以及政党间的制衡策略等先进的经验和理念融入到我国的政治改革中,并用制度和法律将之规定下来付诸实施。
