201例住院糖尿病人临床分析

The Clinical Analysis on 201 Diabetic Patients

目的了解北京燕山地区住院糖尿病患者患病情况和治疗现状。方法对201例住院患者临床分析。结果病程≤1年的新发患者较多,占36.3%;年龄≥50岁患者中,女性较多,占60.1%;合并大血管病变、微血管病变、周围神经病变以病程≤1年及>5年者较多;约79.7%患者GHb>8%;使用胰岛素治疗患者共76人,占37.8%。结论筛查新发病人,进一步加强糖尿病防治教育,力争长期治疗达标,是今后北京燕山地区糖尿病并发症防治工作的重点。

Objective To know about the diabetic patients＇ condition and state quo of treatment in Yanshan area. Methods Making a clinical analysis on 201 in-patients. Results The patients （36.3%） with more than one-year course of disease were much more. The 50-year-old female patients （60.1%） were more. The patients who had aorta, micrangium and peripheral nerve＇s pathological change more in less than one-year and more than five-year course of disease. GHb of patients（79.7%） was more than 8%. 76 patients（37.8%） were treated with insulin. Conclusion It is the key point to screen the newer patients, strengthen the education of diabetes and strive to achieve long-term＇ s goal for the prevention of diabetic complication in Yanshan area.
