摘要
目的观察米非司酮、氨甲喋呤联合使用治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法回顾分析2002年1月～2005年1月确诊为异位妊娠要求保守治疗的60例患者,将其随机分为两组:观察组用氨甲喋呤与米非司酮联合治疗,对照组单用米非司酮治疗,观察各组药物治疗的效果。结果联合用药组在症状消失时间及各种体症消失上与米非司酮组均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论采用米非司酮及氨甲喋呤联合用药治疗异位妊娠有缩短疗程、提高疗效的作用,优于单用药,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of treating heterotopic pregnancy with RU486 and MTX. Methods Analyse the 60 patients diagnosed as heterotopic pregnancy restrospectively and deride them into two groups randomly. The observation group was treated with RU486 and MTX, the control group was only with RU486. Results There was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.01）. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Treating heterotopic pregnancy with RU486 and MTX can shorten curative time and improve curative effect. We should apply in it in clinic.
