摘要
目的观察益肾颗粒剂对狼疮性肾炎患者的血清IL-6及临床生化指标的影响。方法将40例狼疮性肾炎患者随机分为治疗组(益肾颗粒剂组)及对照组(强的松组),对比服药4周前后两组患者的血清IL-6及其24h尿蛋白定量、血清尿素氮、肌酐。结果两组患者治疗前后血清IL-6及其24h尿蛋白定量、血清尿素氮、肌酐等指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),且两组患者之间治疗后血清IL-6及24h尿蛋白定量均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论益肾颗粒剂对于狼疮性肾炎有改善治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect on levels of serum interleukin-6 and clinical biochemistry in patients with lupus nephritis by Yishen Keli Ji and prednisone. Methods 40 patients with LN were divided into treatment group （n=20） and control group （n=20） randomly. Compared IL-6 and 24 hours urinary protein excretion, blood serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen between treatment group and control group after taking Yishen Keh Ji and prednison for 4 weeks. Results Compared before treating with after treating, IL-6 and 24 hours urinary protein excretion, blood serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen beth two groups were improved significantly（ P 〈0.05 ）, however, there was significant difference（P 〈0. 05 ）on 24 hours urinary protein excretion after treating between treatment group and control group. Conclusion It is effective to treat LN with Yisben Keli Ji.
