1989～1995年我院血液系统用药的调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of Drugs Used for Hematopathy in This Hospital During the 1989～1995 Period

本文对上海长征医院1989～1995年血液系统用药的数据资料按金额排序方法进行统计分析，并与上海地区血液系统用药作比较。结果表明：血液系统用药增长辐度大大超过药品总金额增长辐度；其增长速度快与品种有关；白蛋白用量直线上升，提醒慎用；当前血液系统的用药特点是新药、进口药替代老药、国产药。

According the order of sum of money, the data of drugs used for hematopathy in Shanghai Changzheng Hospitalduring the 1989~1995 period were analysed and compared with those in the Shanghai area. The results showed that the increasingrange of drugs used for hematopathy was markedly exceeded that of total sum of money of drug consumption. The rate of increasewas related to kinds of drug, of which human albumin sharp rose in consumption. We call attention to the use of albumin. Now, itis the distinguishing feature in use of these drugs that new imported drugs gradually take the place of old domestic drugs.
