洛美沙星颗粒剂在健康人体内的药动学研究

Studies on Pharmacokinetics of Lomefloxacin Granular Preparation in Healthy Volunteers

本文采用高效液相色谱法，对盐酸洛美沙星颗粒剂在健康人体内的药动学进行了试验研究。10名男性健康志愿者，单剂量口服盐酸洛美沙星颗粒剂各400mg，尔后经时采集静脉血，测定血药浓度，药－时数据经PKBP－N1程序处理，得盐酸洛美沙星的药动学参数为：Lagtime0．058±0．033h，Tmax0．74±0．33h，Cmax4．24±0．78μg／ml，t1／2x0．94±0．82h，t1／2β7．77±1．13h，VC87．02±34．10L，K120．268±0．26，K21 0．863±0．16，K10 0．189±0．076。

The pharmacokinetics of lomefloxacin was studied in 10 healthy volunteers who took a single dose of 400mg lomefloxacin granules, the blood samples were collected at given times and blood drug concentrations were detected with HPLC.The concentration-time data were processed with PKBP-Nl program. The results read as follows, Lag time 0.058±0. 033h, Tmar 0. 74±0. 33h, Cmar 4. 24 ±0. 78μg/ml, t1/2. 0. 94±0. 82h, t1/2β, VC 87 .021 34. 10L, K12 0. 268±0. 26， K21 0. 863 ±0. 16, K10 0. 189 ±0.076.
