首先从定性的角度进行了项目建设人为因素分析,然后基于主成分分析法,提出定量分析模型,最后以某港岛建设为例进行了实例计算,结果表明,管理风险和合同风险是港岛项目建设的关键,应该给予特别的关注。

In this paper, the qualitative analysis of human influencing factor in the project construction was made first. And then based on the principal component analysis method, the quantitative analysis model was given. At last the example of a harbor island construction was given, and the result indicates that administration risk and contract risk is the key of the harbor island construction, it must be paid more attention to.
