摘要
采用放射免疫测定技术,对长臀鮠(Cranoglanis bouderius)在不同的性腺发育时期的血清雌二醇(E2)和睾酮(T)质量浓度变动,以及注射促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRH-A)/地欧酮(DOM)后的血清E2和T质量浓度变动进行了研究。结果表明:血清E2质量浓度在雌鱼的性腺发育期明显升高,在性腺成熟期开始下降,性腺退化期降到最低;血清E2质量浓度在雄鱼的性腺发育过程中缓慢升高,并持续保持较低质量浓度,到性腺退化期略有升高。血清T质量浓度在雌雄鱼的变化情况相似,性腺发育期明显升高,而在性腺成熟期开始降低,到退化期降到最低。注射GnRH-A能显著提高性腺处于不同发育时期的雌鱼的血清E2质量浓度和雄鱼的血清T质量浓度,注射多巴胺拮抗剂地欧酮(DOM)对血清E2和T质量浓度没有影响,但是GnRH-A和DOM联合注射能使雌雄鱼血清E2和T质量浓度提高,在性腺发育期尤为明显,这和GnRH-A+DOM促进血清GTH水平提高相一致。
Based on the radioimmunoassay(RIA),the variations of serum 17β-Estradiol(E2) and Testosterone(T) consistency during different gonadal development stage in helmet catfish(Cranoglanis bouderius),and the variations of serum E2 and T consistency contents after injecting gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue(GnRH-A)/ Domperidone(DOM) were studied.The results showed that in female,E2 consistency significantly increase in gonadal development stage,after that,the serum E2 consistency declined in sexually maturation stage,the serum E2 consistency is lowest in regressed stage,while in male,the serum E2 consistency progressively increased during the development stage,and kept in low consistency in maturation stage,after that,the serum E2 consistency slight elevated.The serum T consistency in female and male increase in development stage, after that,the serum T consistency decline.GnRH-A injection alone enhanced significantly the serum E2 consistency of female and the serum T consistency of male in gonadal development stage.Domperidone(DOM) injection alone had no effect on the serum E2 and T consistency of female and male,however GnRH-A in combination with DOM enhanced significantly the serum E2 and T consistency in different gonadal development stage,and were especially obvious in development stage,the results were in accord with what injection of GnRH-A combination with DOM echanced significantly GTH level.
