摘要 结合包钢综合料场的现状,详细论述了运用PLC控制技术在工艺工程中的网络结构以及控制原理。系统整体采用调度室与现场相互协作的监控模式,通过光纤环网传输至现场的PLC控制站,由现场各控制器根据实际编写的控制程序来实现设备的启动和停止。实践表明该系统工作可靠,自动化程度高。 Integrated with the current status of Baotou steel and iron group Comprehensive materials yard, this article discusses the network structure and control theory of PLC technology in the process control engineering in detail. This project wholly used the monitoring mode of control center cooperating with the scene. When choosing the scene manual. motors are running from the scene manual control; When choosing a distant mode automatically, they are running under the control commands sent out by the control center, delivered to the PLC control station in scene through the fiber ring network and according to the actual control procedures in the controller to achieve the equipments'startup and stop. Practice shows that the system is reliable, high degree of automation.
