摘要
中国管理学发展正处于一个历史转折,面临着学科发展的路如何走的问题。中国管理科学发展的战略目标应是建立中国现代管理学,将管理学中国化,它的特征是融合古今中外管理思想精髓,能够指导中国经济与社会发展的管理实践问题,对民族的伟大复兴和对人类的发展做出贡献,这就是中国管理学界的社会责任与历史使命。
The development of China management science is experiencing a historical transition. A question of how to choose the road of developing appears. The strategic target of developing China management science should be to establish China modem management science and localize management science. It should have the characteristics of mixing the soul of management ideas from past and current period, inside and outside China. It should have the capability of directing the actual management issues in China economy and social development and contribute to the great renaissance of our nation and the development of humanity.
