摘要 为了探讨高原低氧环境对人体的左心功能影响,我们在海拔3,658m的西藏拉萨,采用超声心动图检查方法,对254名健康藏、汉成人进行了左心功能测定。结果表明:(1)移居汉族组的每搏搏出量(SV)、射血分值(EF)、短轴缩短率(△D%)三项测值与世居藏族组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)世成藏族组和移居汉族组的SV、EF、△D%均低于平原对照组,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05-O.001)。提示高原低氧环境对移居者和世居者的左心功能均有不同程度的影响。 For investigating the effect of high altitude hypoxia environment on human left heart function, left heart function of 254 health Tibetan and Han adults in Lhasa (3,658m above sea level ) were determined by ultrasound cardiogram. The result shows: (1 ) systolic output volume (SV ), ejection fraction (EF ), and minor axis decurtation rate (△D% ) of the Han migrators compared with Tibetan natives have no significant difference (P> 0. 05 ). (2) SV, EF and △D% of Tibetan native group and the Han migrator group are lower then those of flatlands contrast group with a statistical significance (P< 0. 05─0. 001 ). It points out that high altitude hypoxia environment has some effect on human left heart function of both migrators and natives in varying degrees.
