课堂教学技能是教师职业素养的重要组成部分。在信息技术环境下,英语教师课堂教学技能被赋予了新内容,具有新的特性。信息技术环境下英语教师课堂教学技能的培养可采用以下策略:使英语教师认识到课堂教学技能的作用和价值;尽量简化信息技术环境下课堂教学技能的复杂程度;提高榜样教师的指导示范水平;提高英语教师教学效能感和元认知能力等。

This paper first discusses the definition, characteristics and classifications of teachers＇ class teaching skills, then analyzes the new content and new features of English teachers＇ class teaching skills in the IT environment, finally points out the strategies of cultivating the English teachers＇ class teaching skills in the IT environment.
