湖南红色旅游资源丰富,具有开发和发展的良好基础和条件。基础设施建设落后和"软件"开发不足是影响湖南红色旅游发展和开发的关键。开发湖南红色旅游要在整体规划、突出重点、优化结构、开拓客源、行业队伍建设上下功夫。

The resource of red tourism in Hunan Province is very rich with a strong base and good conditions. The key points which impact the exploiture and development of the red tourism are the uncultured infrastructure and the shortage of the ＂software＂. There is a need to take effects in integrally planning, focusing on the keystones, optimizing the structure, exploiting the resource of visitors and establishing the vocation troop.
