香型软米恢复系文恢206选育与应用研究

Study on breeding and application of scent soft rice restorer Wenhui 206

以生产上广泛应用的恢复力强、配合力高的明恢63作母本,和云南优质软米水稻良种滇陇201作父本进行杂交,成功选育出有清香味、恢复力强、配合力高、抗病和适应性强的香型软米水稻恢复系文恢206。按照优优配、香香配的方法,以文恢206和香稻不育系宜香1A进行测配试验,成功选育出罕见的米质达到国标一级标准,种子、秧苗均有浓香味,米粒香味浓度远远超过其亲本,产量高,抗性强,适应性广,在蒸煮和食味品质达到"香、软、润"的香型软米杂交水稻新组合文富7号,并在全国许多地区进行试验示范,均表现出品质特优,产量较高特点。此外,讨论利用云南香型软米稻种资源创建品质优异杂交稻亲本和选育优质杂种稻的方法和途径,以及云南稻种资源香味基因遗传表现及其在育种中应用问题。

To hybrid Minghui 63 of strong restore ability and high combining ability as female parent and Yunntm soft rico Dianlong 201 as male parent,the scent soft rice restore Wenhu 206 with qing scent ,strong restore ability,high combining ability,disease resistance and high adaptability is selected. According to the method of high quality and high quality combining,scent and scent combining,the crosses between Wenhu 206 and scent CMS line Yixiang 1A,Wenfu 7,A new scent soft rico combination is selected. It possess the eharacter/stics that grain quality was up to the state standards of the one class fine quality rice, seeds and seedling with concentrated scent ,grain scent is fairer far than its parents, high yield , disease resistance, high adaptability, the cooking and eating quality was up to scent, soft and embellish, and to get high quality and high yield in many provinces trial and demonstration. Besides,to discuss the methods and pathways for buiMing the hybridize parents of excellent quality by Yunnan scent soft rice germplasms and for selection breeding the hybrid rice of high quality ,to discuss the scent gene genetic expression of Yunnan rice germplasms and the problem of breeding application.
