干旱胁迫对实生红橘、甜橙和柚叶中营养元素含量的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以红橘(Citrus tangerinaHort.)、甜橙(Citrus sinensisOsbeck)、柚(Citrus grandisOsbeck)实生苗为材料,采用模拟降雨控水长期干旱胁迫的方法,研究了降水量400和800 mm的干旱胁迫对3种柑橘实生苗叶片的N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、B元素含量的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫降低了实生甜橙、红橘和柚的叶片中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、B元素的含量,增加了叶中Mn元素的含量;实生红橘和柚叶中的Zn含量在降水量400 mm的干旱胁迫下显著降低,而同样的干旱胁迫条件下,实生甜橙叶中的Zn含量极显著地增加了。干旱胁迫降低实生甜橙和红橘叶中N、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、B元素含量的作用相对较大。 By long-period drought stress using stimulated rainfalls to control water amount , the seedlings of Citrus rangerine Hurt. , Citrus sinensis Osbeck and Citrus grandis Osbeck were studied,and drought stress on different rainfalls (400mm and 800mm ) influence on elements content ( N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, B ) of the three seedlings leaves. The study showed that contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu,B were decreased ,but the content of Mn increased ;the content of Zn in the leaves of Citrus tangedna Hort. and Citrus grandis Osbeck were decreased significantly under drought stress of precipitation 400 nun ,while the content of Zn in the leaves of Citrus sinensis Osbeck increased significantly. In a word ,the influence of drought stress on contents of N ,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu and B are more remarkable to Citrus tangedna Hort. and Citrus sinensis Osbeck.
