炭色离褶伞菌丝生物学特性初步研究(英文)

Primary studies on the nutrition characters of Lyophyllum carbonarium

炭色离褶伞是滇西北一种珍稀的大型食用菌资源。本文初步探讨炭色离褶伞菌丝生长所需要的最适碳源、氮源以及不同碳氮比对菌丝生长的影响。结果表明：炭色离褶伞菌丝生长最适碳源是葡萄耱，最适氮源是酵母漫膏，最适碳氮比是20：1．25：1。

Lyophyllum carbonarium is one of the most delicious edible mushroom in the northwestward of Yunnan province. This paper mainly studied on the effects of optimal carbon sources,nitrogen sources and C/N ratios on mycelia growth. The results shows that the optimal carbon source was glucose,the optimal nitrogen source was yeast extract paste,the optimal C/N ratio was 20： 1 -25： 1.
