摘要
在实验室条件下,初步研究了异色瓢虫对康氏粉蚧的捕食作用,采用Holling-Ⅱ型方程和Holling-Ⅲ型功能反应模型对异色瓢虫捕食康氏粉蚧的作用进行拟合。结果表明,异色瓢虫的各龄幼虫及成虫的功能反应均属符合Holling-Ⅱ型。1头异色瓢虫3龄幼虫、4龄幼虫、雄虫、雌虫对康氏粉蚧的最佳寻找密度分别为:1∶19,1∶20,1∶19,1∶19,其寻找效应随着猎物密度的增加而降低。
The predacious function of Harmonia axyridis to Pseudococcus comstocki(Kuwana) were studied in the laboratory. The functional responses of Harmonia axyridis adults and larvae, irrespective of the instar stages, were of the Holling Ⅱ and Holling-Ⅲ type. The results showed that the functional responses of Harmonia axyridis adults and larvae,irrespective of the instar stages,were of the Holling Ⅱ type. The best seeking density of Harmonia axyridis 3th instar,Harmonia axyridis 4th instar,Harmonia axyridis male adult,Harmonia axyridis female aduh was about 19,20,19 andl9 respectively. The seeking effect of the ladybird decreased with the increase population density of its prey.
