摘要
以罗汉果试管苗为材料,采用非试管快繁智能化育苗大棚进行了瓶内和瓶外生根移栽试验。结果表明,基部不带愈伤组织的试管苗瓶外生根处理后,生根率、最长根长、生根数分别为96.11%、4.53 cm、3.6条,最长根长显著高于瓶内生根处理,而生根率和生根数两者差异不显著;瓶内生根苗移栽成活率显著高于瓶外生根苗。通过缩短瓶外生根时间,增施叶面肥等措施,可获得较高的移栽成活率。由此证明了采用试管苗瓶外生根技术可大大提高罗汉果试管苗的生根质量。
Ex vitro and In vitro rooting and transplanting experiments were carried out by taking test-tube seedlings of Momordica grossvenorii as explants. The results showed that in the treatment of ex vitro rooting by using the seedling without callus, the rooting percentage, the length of longest root and the number of roots are 96.11% ,4.53 era,3.6 respectively. The length of longest root is significantly highex than that of in vitro roofing but the rooting percentage and the number of roots show no great difference. The plantlets in vitro roofing had highex survival rate than that of es vitro rooting. Meanwhile, the technology of ex-vitro rooting for teat-tube plantleta could imparove rooting quality greatly.
