摘要
本文对28例经病理证实未行任何治疗的食管癌病人分别做了CT扫描和食管造影片检查，以了解食管癌管外表现，对放疗计划设计时的靶区确认提供依据。结果发现CT外侵占82．14％（23／28）；食管造影片发现占21．43%（6／28）；P＜0．01。
Twenty-eight patients with esophageal carcinoma were studied by CT scans and barium esophagography,the patien were verified by Pathology but never treated.The results showed tha the frequencies ofextra-esophageal invasion shown by CT scans and esophagography were 82.14% and 21 .43% respectively P < 0.01.
