摘要
以氧化铁、氧化锌和碳酸锰为原料,经球磨、煅烧得到锰锌铁氧体,然后将其与水泥复合制得水泥基复合吸波材料.研究了铁氧体掺量、胶凝材料品种和试样表面形状对水泥基复合吸波材料吸波性能的影响.结果表明:铁氧体在水泥材料中较稳定,其掺量与试样表面形状对水泥基复合吸波材料的吸波性能有较大程度的影响;在8~12.5GHz频率范围内,掺35%(质量分数)铁氧体的水泥基复合吸波材料反射率基本上都小于-6dB,而粗糙面试样的反射率均小于-7dB,最小反射率达-10.5dB.
Mn-Zn ferrite was made from ferric oxide, zinc oxide and manganese carbonate by grinding and burning. Then cement-based composite absorption materials was prepared with Mngn ferrite and portland cement. The effect of ferrite absorber content, cementitious materials and surface shape of specimen on absorption properties of cement-based composite were studied. The experiment data indicate that stability of ferrite in cement is good, effects of its content and surface shape of cement-based composite on absorption properties are more remarkable. The reflectivity of cement-based composite with 35% (by mass) ferrite is less than --6 dB, reflectivity of specimen with coarse surface is less than --7 dB in 8-12.5 GHz frequency range, and the least reflectivity is --10.5 dB.
